Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
3. Return process
To initiate a return:

Approval: Wait for instructions from our team. Do not return items without prior approval.
Sending the item: Send the product to the address provided. Include all original packaging and documentation.
4. Return shipping costs
Customer responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defect).
Prepaid labels: For defective/incorrect items, we can email a prepaid return label.
5. Refunds
Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Method: Funds are issued to your original payment method.
